Cubic Global Defense (CGD), a leader in the Defense Services industry, is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Senior Military Analyst to join our professional team at Fort Sill, OK providing senior analyst support to the Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) Sustainment support contract.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Senior Analyst will provide support to TMD’s mission supporting the development of new CATS IAW Army organizational and doctrinal changes; and sustainment of existing CATS by validation/assessment of existing CATS for revision and/or development. Duties also include:

  • Create, Review, Revise a Front End Analysis (FEA)

  • Provide the crosswalk from Army Operations to Collective Task(s) in the UTL

  • Create / Review / Revise holistic CATS utilizing the approved FEA, Task Selections and Crosswalk

  • Create / Review Revise CATS and Training Models based on and for Standardized METL Training AA and RC units

  • Generating Reports and other documentation

  • Some travel is required

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

Graduate a military service school equivalent to Command and General Staff College, the Sergeant Majors Academy and/or an Army specific specialty course

Military Experience: MOS or Branch qualification or related skills for the Field Artillery proponent.

Must have achieved the rank of Major (O-4) or Sergeant First Class (E-7)

Five (5) + year’s general experience in military planning, training, operations, logistics, intelligence, force design/development and combat developments.

Candidate must have served on the Battalion or Brigade level staff in an operations position.

Demonstrate a working knowledge of the CATS Program, task-based strategy development, and specified functional area expertise

Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Digital Training Management System (DTMS)

Demonstrate a working knowledge of the DTMS CATS Development Tool

Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Army Training Network (ATN)

Proficient in the use of MS Office products

Possess a Secret Security Clearance
